Sales Manager
ERCO Worldwide has operated for over 100 years, focused largely on the production and supply of in-organic products along with technology for the production of chlorine dioxide. Today, ERCO's major business areas include sodium chlorate, chlor-alkali products, sodium chlorite, and chlorine dioxide technology. The ERCO business serves a number of key customer segments including pulp and paper, food, energy, agriculture, water treatment, airport de-icing, fertilizers and specialty chemicals. ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Sales Manager to join our US Corporate team! This role is an important next step in our journey to create a customer centric business and drive functional excellence in Sales and Marketing. This replacement is needed to further improve our strategic account and channel partner management and further integrate the IDI Chlorite business to create "One ERCO". Driving Sales team efficiencies, promoting "team selling", and sharing of best practices across the entire business will ultimately result from this new structure. We also see this as an important part of the development plan for the entire Sales organization and a key part of our succession plans. The Role: Demonstrates strong personal traits - core values Build people & build organization capability - strengthen the organization Execution Operation excellence customer focus Lead with purpose continuous improvement Forecasting The Person: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance and/or Chemistry is required. 6-10 years of broad commercial experience in variety of functions like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management. Cross-functional experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain is helpful to provide perspective on what is required internally to meet customer requirements is preferred. Experience managing sales professionals preferred.
