• Salary: £38,000 per annum
• Welcome Bonus: £1,000
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - all year round

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development
• Support children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth
• Assist staff in maintaining high-quality learning journals and updating the EyLog system
• Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role
• Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments
• Maintain accurate records related to children and staff
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor
• Understand and uphold the statutory framework for the EYFS

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
• Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
• Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS - Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
