Are you looking to start your career as an Electrical Engineer within a multi-award-winning property and construction consultancy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a Building Services team in Cardiff as part of a structured graduate programme starting in October 2026. Youll work on a wide variety of projects in a collaborative team environment, gaining hands-on experience and early exposure to clients. This is a genuine role within a live project team, where your contribution will be valued from day one. Work as part of a design team delivering detailed electrical building services designs Use CAD and BIM (Revit) software to develop system layouts and technical drawings Design site-specific electrical systems and equipment Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and contractors Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions Ensure designs meet regulatory and health & safety requirements Support sustainable design by advising on energy use and carbon reduction About You
