This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Milwaukee, WI, with the flexibility to work from home on a limited basis. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing personalized insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. Day-to-day tasks include explaining policy options, generating new leads, assisting with claim inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to uphold excellent customer service standards and drive business growth. Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to identify and meet customer needs Effective communication, both verbal and written, for explaining products and policies to clients Organizational and time management skills to manage client accounts efficiently Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office productivity tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently Familiarity with insurance products and industry knowledge is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field State insurance licensing or the ability to become licensed within a specified timeframe
