Deliver an incredible fan experience during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches).
Surpass individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.

Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations through excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation.
Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Minimum age 18 years or older; ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.
Schedule may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
Reliable support and willingness to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needed.
