As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst at ICON, you will transform operational and business data into meaningful insights and reports that support decision‑making across the organization.
What You Will Do: Your role will involve delivering TA and HR operations work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Developing, maintaining, and automating standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards using approved tools and data sources.
Analyzing operational, HR, or recruitment delivery data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear analytical outputs.
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation checks and close collaboration with data owners.
Documenting reporting processes, definitions, and methodologies to support transparency and repeatability.
Contributing to the enhancement of analytics capabilities, including new metrics, visualizations, and self‑service tools.
Your Profile: Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably within CRO, pharma, or a similar environment.
Proficiency with Excel is a must and experience with BI or data visualization tools is a nice to have (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and consistency.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative, service‑oriented approach.
