Mobile Fleet Supervisor
to lead and scale our mobile maintenance operations in Arcadia, Florida. This role is designed for a
well-rounded fleet professional
who can operate both in the field and in office-balancing technician leadership, customer relationships, and business operations.
This is a
hands-on leadership role with hybrid flexibility , working closely with ownership to drive performance, building infrastructure, and growing the business.
What You’ll Own Operations & Fleet Leadership
Lead all mobile fleet maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and uptime
Supervise, coach, and hold technicians accountable to performance and safety standards
Maintain scheduling, dispatching, and technician utilization across all service calls
Step in as needed for on‑call support or field coverage
Office Operations & Business Management
Manage
invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes
with accuracy and timeliness
Oversee administrative workflows, ensuring strong documentation, organization, and follow‑through
Coordinate service schedules, work orders, and job completion tracking
Ensure operational alignment between field execution and back‑office functions
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for fleet customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Maintain strong communication on service timelines, expectations, and issue resolution
Support business development efforts and help build long‑term customer relationships
Ensure all work meets contractual expectations and SLAs
Partnership with Leadership
Work directly with the
Founder
to improve processes, drive growth, and build scalable operations
Provide insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities across the business
Help shape the future of the mobile service division through hands‑on execution and strategic input
Performance & Accountability
Track and manage KPIs related to productivity, revenue, uptime, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across field and office operations
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of fleet management or transportation industry experience
Proven experience managing
mobile or field service operations
Strong background in
office operations , including invoicing, billing, scheduling, and administrative processes
Experience with
accounts payable, customer billing, and service documentation
Demonstrated ability to balance
field leadership with business operations
Strong customer service mindset with experience managing client relationships
Ability to operate in a
hybrid environment (field + office responsibilities)
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of fleet maintenance operations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and retain technicians
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
