Salesforce Consultant

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a large-scale programme, working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective functional solutions. The client is happy to do a 6-12 month day rate contract.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
• Support the delivery of a large-scale programme, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams and third-party partners.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirement sessions with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Assist with solution design discussions to ensure functional requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
• Contribute to testing, validation and user acceptance activities to support successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support around process improvement, system enhancement and stakeholder engagement.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong exposure to Salesforce environments.
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects or programmes.
• Strong functional background with the ability to capture and document detailed business requirements.
• Salesforce certification is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments and across cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience within complex enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
• Exposure to Salesforce process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and associated tools.
• Experience supporting testing, change management and user adoption activities.
• Strong workshop facilitation and business process mapping capability.

• Bachelor’s degree or third-level qualification in Business, IT, Information Systems or a related discipline. xcfaprz
