Key Responsibilities Network Administration Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments. Administer Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and dashboards. Configure and maintain firewalls, VLANs, QoS, routing, and DMZ architectures. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Maintain network documentation and diagrams. Systems and Cloud Administration Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy. Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities and access controls. Support Azure resources related to networking, compute, and identity. Implement Conditional Access and MFA policies. Messaging and Collaboration Platforms Administer Microsoft Exchange Online. Support and govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Monitor service health and resolve incidents impacting collaboration tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, and DMZ design. xywuqvp Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Preferred Certifications Cisco CCNA or Meraki certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified administrator certifications
