This role will be based in London, but will work with their colleagues who support their assigned hotels in Europe.

About the role
In the role of Cluster Revenue Manager you be responsible for maximizing the overall revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies by each market segment for the assigned hotels.
The role suits a dynamic, driven, self-starter, who wants to join a growing commercial team with the capacity to develop a career in hospitality.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance.
Implement pricing strategy set for all market segments, distribution channels and Conference and Events.
Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory.
Ensure all distribution channels are optimised and managed accordingly.
Implement Sales and Pricing Strategies set by Senior Cluster Revenue Manager for all hotels.
Produce accurate forecast monthly.
Efficient Inventory Management through daily reviews of room inventory.
Manage Group and Transient inventory.
Monitors and adjusts sales, groups and pricing strategies.
Actively participates in weekly revenue meetings.
Participate in the property’s weekly Revenue Management Meeting Business Review Meeting.
Analyze and understand market trends to communicate opportunities with Senior Cluster Revenue Manager.
The skills we are looking for are:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Revenue Management role
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
Ability to train people and convey complex systems functionalities to a broad audience.
Ability to investigate systems malfunctions or user-input errors.
Ability to analyse data, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies on these.
