City-based | Hybrid (WFH + Office) ?? £65K + package + bonus A leading Financial Exchange is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator Engineer to ensure the resilience and performance of critical trading platforms. ?? What youll do: Provide 1st3rd line Linux support across virtual & on-prem systems Monitor live platforms, troubleshoot issues & manage alerts Maintain, patch & upgrade Linux environments Support projects end-to-end & collaborate across teams Mentor junior engineers & drive process improvements ?? What youll bring: Strong Linux experience (RedHat/Rocky preferred) Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning & security knowledge Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/SolarWinds) Bash scripting & GitLab experience AWS/SQL knowledge (nice to have) This is a senior, hands-on role offering real ownership, variety, and the chance to make an impact in a fast-paced financial environment. ??
