Are you an experienced SC CLEARED Service Manager looking for your next contract role Experis are working with a Defence/SaaS client. We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee IT service delivery, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement within a large, complex technology environment.

Role Overview

As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring IT services meet business expectations, managing supplier contracts, and acting as a key escalation point. You'll work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and service owners to optimize performance and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for IT support services

✅ Conduct service reviews and drive continuous service improvements

✅ Act as an escalation point for service-related issues and complaints

✅ Collaborate with suppliers to manage support contracts and service levels

✅ Support service transition and acceptance into BAU support

✅ Analyze service reports to identify trends and implement improvements

What We're Looking For

🔹 Experience: 7+ years in IT Service Management within enterprise environments

🔹 Knowledge: Strong expertise in Service Level Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management

🔹 Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Qualifications: ITIL v4 certified (Service Level Management Practitioner desirable)

🔹 Mindset: Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to driving service excellence
