You might be the perfect fit for our first hire at Prisca Nova. We're a MSP that punches above our weight, in every place that we can. We're growing fast, with an emphasis on what they do instead of their IT.
Prisca Nova is a Florida-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
Our Ideal Candidate:
1-2 Years of IT experience (You've worked on computers, played around with them for years, and enjoy it! You've built a server stack before, and played around with Microsoft)
Significant experience with IT Tools - You've worked with RMM's, PSA's and IT systems in the past. You've built out structures with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and have significant experience within the Microsoft suite.
Credentials
- You have a CompTIA A+ certification, or you're working on getting it.
Experience - You've worked at Geek Squad, MSP's, or even on your school's helpdesk at some point.
Go Getter - We're not going to be giving you a massive \"to do list\" every day, you're the type of person that finds things that need to be done, and get them done.
Drivers License & Vehicle
- You have a drivers license in the state of Florida, with a clean history. You have a vehicle that you can utilize to reach client sites. (We do provide a company vehicle, however there is typically a 3-6 month wait)
Location
- Applicants should be located within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 30 miles) of our Bonita Springs office.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of hands‑on IT support experience (helpdesk, MSP, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Strong communication and customer service skills
About The Role We're hiring for our first IT team member, at a managed service provider. As you'll expect, there's many facets to the role, that you might not have in a traditional environment. Specifically you'll be:
Setting up Microsoft 365 for clients, handling migrations, repairs, etc.
Setting up Cloud infrastructure for clients, ensuring the data is migrated properly, and supporting them via tickets.
Monitoring IT tickets on a daily basis ensuring that clients are satisfied.
Heading to client sites to perform \"on site checks\" of equipments, install new computer equipment, and setup servers, cabling etc.
Joining in‑office sales meetings, to discuss specific elements of the clients IT setup.
Most Important
- You will be installing enhanced cybersecurity tools for all clients, ensuring a bulletproof setup. Our mission is to have
ZERO
security incidents within our portfolio of clients.
Hours
- We're expecting this role to be 9‑5ish. We expect our techs to work 8‑9 hours daily, with some overtime/weekend hours on a needs basis.
Hybrid
- The expectation is that you'll come to the office at least twice per week, for meetings. You're not expected to stay
all day
at the office. You will have to visit client sites from time to time. Our office is located in Bonita Springs, at Bonita Beach Rd & Old 41.

Benefits & Compensation We're looking for the right fit, not the right price. We've designed this role to be very entry‑level, as we're new to the market, and we want someone whose excited to be part of our success.
What We Offer
$45,000‑55,000 Base Pay
- We pay biweekly via Gusto Payroll, direct debit into your bank account. Taxes are automatically deducted. ( This is a W2 Role )
Overtime Pay
- We provide overtime pay to allow you to complete client on‑site installation, and to respond to urgent tickets, as they are assigned. We expect these to be communicated in advance with \"on call hours\", but emergencies do happen. This is a non‑exempt (hourly eligible for overtime) position in accordance with applicable labor laws.
Benefits
- We currently do not provide health benefits. However, we plan to provide health benefits in Q1 2026. You will be eligible for health benefits, once launched. Additional benefits may be introduced as the company grows.
Paid Time Off
- We believe in taking a break when you need to. We provide 10 days of PTO annually, with 7 Federal Holidays recognized as well. (Total of 17 days off per year)
Vehicle Benefit
- We provide a subsidy for your vehicle on a monthly basis. We can provide a company vehicle. This will be discussed during your interview.
\"Lunch with the CEO\"
- We provide team lunches, at least once a week. These range from Publix subs, to our CEO's favorite (Brazilian Rodizio), depending on the week.
