We're hiring a Creative Content Specialist — and we're ready to move fast.
Maybe you've been freelancing and making great work but you're tired of chasing clients. Maybe you've been the "content person" at an agency and you're ready to own a brand instead of juggling ten. Maybe you've been creating content on your own platforms and you're ready to do it for a company that actually invests in growth. Whatever your path — if you can make things that stop people mid-scroll, we want to talk.
This is the first full‑time creative hire at our fast‑growing company. There's no content library, no brand playbook, no existing creative team. You're building it. You'll work directly with our CEO (former VP of Global Brand Management at Caesars Entertainment) who sets the creative direction. You bring the execution, the eye, and the instinct to turn ideas into content that performs.
Impulse Alarm is a technology‑driven home security and financial technology company. Nearly half our team are full‑stack developers building proprietary platforms. AI tools are part of our daily workflow — if you're excited about what AI can do for creative work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Create ad creative
(static and video) for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X, and whatever platform is next
Produce social content
(organic posts, reels, stories) that builds brand presence and drives engagement
Shoot and edit short‑form video
optimized for each platform's format and audience
Write copy that lands : headlines, captions, CTAs, and ad copy that people actually respond to
Collaborate with our Paid Media & Growth Specialist
to make sure the creative and the performance strategy are aligned
Design sales collateral, presentations, and brand materials
as the company needs them
Stay on top of what's working : platform trends, content formats, and what's performing in paid and organic right now
Grow into more : as the team scales, you'll have opportunities to shape creative strategy
Who You Are You have work that shows range — ad creative, social content, video, design. It doesn't need to live on a polished portfolio site. Maybe it's your Instagram, a TikTok account you've grown, client work saved in a Google Drive, or a handful of projects you're proud of. We care about what you can make, not where you went to school or how many years are on your resume. What matters is the work.
Hands‑on skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar — you've used them to produce finished work, not just dabble
Strong visual instincts — you know what looks good and what stops the scroll
Solid copywriting sense — you can write a headline or caption that actually converts
Experience creating and publishing content on at least one major platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) — personal accounts count
Comfortable with (or excited about) AI tools for content creation — image generation, copy drafting, video editing, whatever makes the work better and faster
You're energized by building something from scratch, not inheriting someone else's content library

What We Offer
$50K–$60K base + potential to earn performance‑based bonuses
Hybrid work in Las Vegas (2–3 days/week onsite)
