Our Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join their busy Sales Department. This is a busy role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with customers. Hours of Work : 40 hours per week (1 Hour Break) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities/Duties: Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email Processing orders accurately and efficiently Providing product advice and support Upselling and promoting company products and services Maintaining accurate data entry and records Skills & Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner Good IT and administrative skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Manage Priorities and work under pressure Benefits: 20 Holiday days plus bank holidays Car Parking & on local public transport route Pension scheme after qualifying period We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
