In this role our client is looking for a candidate that possess an ability to Drive the evolution of user experiences on their e-commerce platform, ensuring a delightful and intuitive journey for customers. Apply user-centric design principles to elevate the overall aesthetic and usability, with a keen focus on enhancing the e-commerce shopping experience.
This role is paying up to £45,000 and is on site 5 days a week
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in UX design for e-commerce platforms or digital products. Proficiency in user-centred design methodologies and the ability to translate user insights into compelling user experiences. Strong visual design skills with a portfolio highlighting standout design projects. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA, Pendo, Hotjar) and an understanding of e-commerce user behaviour. Experience with A/B testing concepts and an openness to collaborate with CRO specialists. Agile workflow experience, focused on iterative design and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Proficient in prototyping tools to visualise and communicate design concepts. Comfortable working collaboratively across disciplines to optimise the customer experience.
