Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm)

The Role
We re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to our operations, supporting customers, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quotations
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Handle product and pricing enquiries
Prepare quotations and complete take-offs from customer plans
Arrange samples, brochures, and POS materials
Liaise with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) team to provide support
Customer Service
Manage incoming calls and emails from merchants, installers, architects, and the public
Provide product, pricing, and technical information
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
About You
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
