Position Title: Software Architect Location: Montgomery, Alabama Clearance Requirements: None Required Work Status: (USC, Green Card Holder, H1B, or any other visa) Position Status: Contract Pay Rate or Salary: $62.40/hour
Key Responsibilities Lead architectural discussions to analyze technical requirements and design scalable, performance-efficient applications optimized for IIS deployment Translate complex business needs into detailed technical designs, components, and specifications for development teams Evaluate, recommend, and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries for both front-end and back-end solutions Establish and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and rigorous code reviews across the full SDLC Design and engineer systems with a focus on database optimization, performance tuning, and caching strategies Ensure all application architectures adhere to security standards and enterprise security requirements Serve as the technical liaison between developers, project managers, business analysts, and customers Provide technical leadership and guidance in converting business requirements into technical architectures
