*Duties*
* Lead the planning, development, and execution of programs and projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and business process modeling to define project scope and objectives clearly.
* Manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Primavera P6; monitor progress through earned value management and risk assessments.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Implement change management strategies to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining project stability and team morale.
* Conduct root cause analysis and apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events.
* Oversee quality management processes, scope management, cost control measures, and contract negotiations to maximize value delivery.
*Skills*
* Extensive experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments with strong team management capabilities.
* Proficiency in project management software including MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Workday, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools.
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks (SAFe), Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma practices.
* Expertise in requirements analysis, requirements management tools like VersionOne or Jira, and process management techniques.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for effective meeting facilitation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and technical writing.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects, vendor management strategies, data analysis skills including SAS or data collection methods.
* Ability to lead risk management efforts and implement project scheduling techniques for optimal resource utilization. Pay: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
