Overview
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, a leading financial servicing provider. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the goal of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. We are seeking a data analyst who proactively defines requirements, digs into business problems, and builds the foundation that enables strong decision-making. Data is a strategic lever at Bridgecrest, and this role sits at the center of it. What You’ll Do
You’ll design and build tables and architecture in Snowflake that power analytics downstream and feed production systems that run our business, including offer decisioning and customer communication pipelines. You will work in a focused, fast-moving team where you own your work end-to-end—from discovery through delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable in both SQL/AI IDEs and strategy conversations, and thrives on ambiguous problems. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deeply understand strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities Translate ambiguous business problems into clear data requirements, including data models, table structures, and architecture Design, build, and optimize data tables in Snowflake to support scalable analytics and downstream consumption Develop and maintain datasets powering both reporting/analytics and production use cases (e.g., decisioning pipelines) Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for tools such as SQL-based workflows and integrated systems (e.g., Braze, Pega) Own projects end-to-end as an individual contributor—from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and iteration Socialize data solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment to ensure adoption and long-term scalability Continuously improve data architecture, documentation, and processes to support evolving business needs Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, data analytics, data science, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or related hard sciences 3+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, or consulting Advanced SQL, data visualization, and advanced Excel skills Familiarity with CRM platforms Nice to Have
