Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain server‑side applications, APIs, and services to support Oracle’s software solutions.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and company standards.
Assist in database design, query optimization, and data management tasks.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance backend performance and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of server‑side programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
Familiarity with database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
0–2 years of professional experience in backend development, internships, or academic projects are acceptable.
Demonstrated ability to work on small projects or contributions to open‑source repositories is a plus.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible hours may be offered depending on team and project requirements).
Remote work options may be available based on the team and location.
