Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with current and prospective customers, and presenting tailored roofing solutions. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, collaborate with internal teams, and liaise with insurance companies to provide clients with exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
Experience in client relationship management and lead generation
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus
Basic knowledge of insurance claim processes related to property damage
Organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse portfolio of tasks
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
