Operations Manager

Quinn Downes Group are a leading National provider of Mechanical Service Installations to high‑profile clients across Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

The Operations Manager will be experienced in the HVAC industry, and will be heavily involved in the running of our projects team.

• 
  
• Weekly labour control and management.
  
• Assist payroll with any timesheet queries that may arise.
  
• Collaborate with Apprentice Skills Manager in the development of our Apprentices.
  
• Point of contact for our site staff, maintaining good communication and relationships with them.
  
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on continuous performance improvements in day‑to‑day tasks in conjunction with Project Directors.
  
• Follow & adhere to internal templates & procedures for all works carried out, in line with ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001. Updating of processes and procedures with input and agreement from Project Directors.
  
• All other duties associated with the role.

• Attention to detail and high‑quality standards are required.

• 10+ years' experience in the HVAC industry is required.
  
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  
• An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.
  
• Proficient use of all MS Office programmes.
  
• Ability to operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships.
