Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + Incentive Structure + $9,500 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

✨ What You’ll Do
Provide expert evaluation and management of a full spectrum of endocrine disorders.

Lead diabetes management including insulin titration, technology support (CGM, pumps), and lifestyle optimization.

Manage thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, metabolic bone, and lipid conditions with autonomy and support.

Collaborate with our endocrinologist, diabetes educators, RNs, MAs, and multidisciplinary specialists.

Deliver patient education that empowers long-term health and self-management.

Enjoy a modern workspace with onsite radiology, pharmacy, and a full-service lab for fast turnaround and streamlined care.

???? Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Endocrinology experience (required)

Active NP or PA license + national certification

DEA (or ability to obtain)

Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered endocrine care
