A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to support users of an external-facing application within a small, agile team. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming application support and helpdesk requests Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to permissions, database updates, application functionality, and system configuration Create and submit detailed, development-ready tickets for issues requiring code changes
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance CompTIA Security+ Certification 2-4 years of experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or system administration role Demonstrated experience performing routine helpdesk tasks including database updates and permission management Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical resolutions
