Title: CQV HVAC Lead
Location: Ireland (site-based)
Positions Available: 1–2
Type: Contract (12 months+, extension likely)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) activities for HVAC systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Oversee execution of IQ / OQ protocols for HVAC and cleanroom systems
- Support PQ and environmental qualification activities
- Provide technical leadership across HVAC workstreams within the CQV team
- Coordinate with engineering, validation and QA teams to ensure compliant system delivery
- Review and approve validation documentation and protocols
- Support deviation management, CAPAs and change control related to HVAC systems
- Ensure systems meet GMP, regulatory and cleanroom classification requirements
Your Requirements:
- Strong experience in CQV with a focus on HVAC systems
- Proven experience operating at Lead level within CQV or validation teams
- Hands-on experience with HVAC qualification (IQ / OQ / PQ) xcfaprz in GMP environments
- Experience with cleanroom systems, air handling units (AHUs) and environmental control
- Strong understanding of GMP and validation lifecycle requirements
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required
