We are partnering with a leading international construction contractor who delivers complex, high-value projects in Critical Environments, including Data Centres, Life Sciences and Aviation.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Building) to join a high-performing project delivery team based in Dublin.

This is an opportunity to work on flagship, blue-chip projects in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment where excellence in delivery is the standard.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations.

You will lead multidisciplinary site teams and play a key role in driving operational excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Develop, manage, and continuously update the construction programme in collaboration with the Contracts Manager
  
• Ensure key project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
  
• Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective resource allocation
  
• Implement and drive a strong site safety culture in line with company safety systems
  
• Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high standards of delivery
  
• Manage project costs, prelims, and subcontractor packages with commercial discipline
  
• Work closely with the commercial team to achieve project financial objectives
  
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication on progress, risks, claims, and delays
  
• Drive problem-solving and value engineering initiatives to optimise project outcomes
  

The successful candidate will have a Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. A proven track record with construction including structural and civil building works. xcfaprz Strong Project Management experience on large scale construction projects ideally within critical sectors.
