Welcome to ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex! We specialize in providing a nurturing educational environment for 7-18-year-olds facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction needs, and cognition and learning challenges.

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher with a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience in teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and possess a solid understanding of the National Curriculum in multiple areas—especially Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Deliver engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
• Implement our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
• Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven teaching experience
• Experience with SEN, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, ideally Science and Media, including Esports
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• A reflective practitioner who adapts teaching to meet individual needs
• Ability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons
