We have a fantastic opportunity at our Nampa office! It is currently being enlarged and remodeled, so it will be even better. We have great referral relationships which let's our therapists focus on patients and not marketing. The position comes with great pay and benefits in addition to sign on bonus and ongoing bonus potential.

Our team of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists provides customized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes. We have a great staff that enjoys each other's company, making each day fun. We are currently hiring for our Nampa and Boise locations and are open to part-time or full-time hours.

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking two Physical Therapists to join our team, one in Nampa and one in Boise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care, developing customized treatment plans, and contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice and individualized treatment plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and referring providers to enhance patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with fellow therapists to foster a supportive and growth-oriented team culture.
* Stay current with industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities.
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed Physical Therapist
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
