ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Must promptly download orders thru various portal such as World Client, Lotus Notes, Faxes, Email, etc. throughout the day.

• Enter orders into the system in a prompt and efficient manner.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail regarding order entry and provide customers with exceptional services.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures established for the Customer Service Associates.

• Learning new products and keeping knowledgeable about changes in existing products.

• Processing price quotes and proof requests for customers in a complete and timely manner.
