Sales Coordinator

Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with clerical experience who is highly organized and possesses strong communication skills to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Coordinator functions as a part of the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and post-sale coordination of equipment orders from start to finish.

In this role, you will:

• Process equipment orders , coordinate deliveries, maintain stock/inventory records, and prepare sales documentation.
• Ensure customers receive their equipment as promised , with all necessary paperwork and internal systems accurately maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
• Prior experience with material handling or heavy equipment is a huge plus
• Prior logistics/transportation scheduling experience preferred
• High level of organization and time management skills to manage complex, fast-paced sales cycles
• Advanced office & computer skills, with the ability to multitask across phone, computer systems, and vendor coordination

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

• This position spends most of the time in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate and occasionally will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold.
• This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
