job description / Duties? Neurosurgery APP, hybrid role with clinic, OR, and hospital coverage

Joining other providers? If so how many? 7 other APPs and 4 surgeons

Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call? 1 week of hospital floor and OR coverage per month, otherwise 3-4 weekdays of clinic with 1 day of OR per week

Comp Range? Based on experience with base pay and monthly productivity bonus. Average APP DOE to no ceiling with productivity bonus with the right candidate that has high financial goals

Any Bonus structure? Monthly productivity, call stipends

EMR? Athena office

patients a day? division minimum 19 per clinic day

relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? yes and student loan repayment
