Über
Support, administer, and optimize Epic's analytics and reporting tools Act as a subject matter expert for analytics tools and assist in user training and support Promote user engagement and adoption of IT products and coordinate with vendors for performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science or related field with four years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience 2+ years of experience supporting Epic integrated reporting tools and participating in Epic upgrades 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries and building Epic reports and dashboards 3+ years of experience working with vendors and cross-functional IT teams Must be able to obtain Epic Cogito Fundamentals and Epic Cogito Tools Administration certifications within 6 months of employment
