Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and five years of experience, or equivalent education and experience Broad knowledge of information management and user needs Knowledge of operating systems and systems analysis, design, and programming concepts Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users to determine requirements Demonstrated technical expertise in systems analysis functions and applications software
