We are partnering with a well-established, privately owned manufacturing company with a strong international footprint, seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand its market presence across the DACH region and Northern Europe.

Strong market position with long-standing customer relationships
Focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth
Your role
Drive business development and expand customer relationships in key markets
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within packaging and food sectors
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop tailored customer solutions
Represent the company at international trade fairs and client meetings
Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic sales initiatives
Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Your profile
Fluent German and strong English skills
Proven track record in sales, in packaging or food-related industries
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Experience with international clients is a plus
Willingness to travel within assigned regions
