A company is looking for a Network Engineer II - Optical responsible for designing and implementing capacity on the DWDM network. Key Responsibilities
Design planning and capacity fulfillment for U.S. and Canadian networks Collaborate with Project Managers to meet service requirements and deliverables Provide support to field operations and manage budget forecasts related to service commitments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of telecommunications and/or data networking experience Working knowledge of optical systems and ROADM technology Familiarity with optical products such as Fuji, Adva, Ciena, and Cisco Experience with project management software and telecom inventory systems
