Position Summary: Community Medical Center is seeking a qualified Travel Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our laboratory team for a night shift assignment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in clinical laboratory operations, and committed to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory testing across various disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
• Analyze and interpret test results with precision and efficiency
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
• Document and communicate results effectively to healthcare providers
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Support a safe and organized laboratory environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification (required)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
