Why this role matters
As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the way we run, scale, and optimise our commercial engine. You’ll own our tooling, create scalable processes, and bring data-driven decision-making to life across the sales organisation.
TasksWhat you’ll be doing
Your work will directly impact how we scale and operate as a commercial team. Here’s what that looks like:
- Continuously improve commercial processes – Use your domain expertise to improve processes and create automations to make our sales team faster and smarter
- Own the GTM toolstack – Hubspot , Clay , Calendly , Aircall and other tools
- Drive performance through data – Build dashboards and generate reports that support forecasting, campaign analysis, and pipeline visibility
- Support commercial initiatives – Partner with Sales and Account Management to operationalize campaigns, track performance, and drive ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth holistically throughout the entire customer journey
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with GTM leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll be at the heart of scaling a fast-paced, high-growth commercial organization.
RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Commercial roles, with 2 years of Revenue Operations/Sales Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
✔ Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM , including optimizing, scaling and designing new processes from scratch
✔ Fluency in B2B SaaS commercial processes, understanding of how one process influences another and leads to performance outcomes
✔ Experience working with diverse GTM tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Clay, Aircall, etc.), proficiency with G-Sheets, intermediate level of SQL
✔ Good analytical thinking
✔ High attention to detail and strong execution skills
✔ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
✔ A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
