What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make outbound phone calls to set appointments for sales teams with potential clients
Identify and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics and existing customer relationships
Explain the benefits of products and services concisely to generate interest
Run sales campaigns using sequenced email and video outreach strategies
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on campaign effectiveness and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
One or more years of B2B or B2C inside sales experience
Outbound prospecting experience with a track record of generating new business
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others via phone, email, and video
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales development or similar role
Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude for learning products and solving customer problems
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting
