Job Summary We’re hiring an experienced Product Engineer with an emphasis on world‑class frontend skills to help build our AI SaaS platform’s user experience. As a key member of our early engineering team, you’ll help shape the overall user experience for our cutting‑edge healthcare AI startup.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the user experience of our AI SaaS platform and integrate it into the rest of our infrastructure
Write clean, maintainable code using modern front‑end tech stacks
Optimize the platform experience for speed and scalability
Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design or a related field
8+ years of full‑time, relevant industry experience
Experience with Tailwind, Shadcn
or any other design systems and ability to build scalable components
Experience consuming different data exchange APIs like REST, GraphQL and readiness to support integrating front‑end implementations with upstream services
Ability to rapidly translate designs into functional code
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Attention to detail and passion to build user‑centric UIs, keen eye on user experience and usability with customer‑first mindset
Experience writing tests using Jest, React testing framework, Playwright
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Has worked in an Agile development environment
Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
Knowledge of modern front‑end build tools, processes and pipelines (Webpack, NPM, GitHub actions)
Hands on experience building/consuming highly scalable APIs for complex microservices
Previous experience on production‑scale SaaS platforms or AI projects

Compensation Pay range: $170,000 – $230,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
