This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and sales-driven individual to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in maximising occupancy and driving lettings performance. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, you will manage the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to move-in—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. You will also support current tenants, helping to maintain high satisfaction levels and strong retention. Key Responsibilities
Managing and responding to all incoming enquiries, with a focus on converting leads into bookings Delivering property viewings (in-person and virtual) to prospective tenants Driving occupancy levels by meeting and exceeding lettings targets Following up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns Handling tenant queries and resolving issues in a professional manner Carrying out property inspections to uphold high standards Monitoring local market trends to ensure competitive pricing and offering Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a sales-focused role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, target-driven, and commercially aware Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficient in digital communication tools and social media Additional language skills are advantageous What's on Offer
