Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Contract type: befristet auf bis zu 2 Jahre
Working time: Teilzeit - bis 18 Std. / Woche

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will gain hands-on experience in modern corporate recruiting and work closely with our HR team. You will support daily recruiting operations, contribute to ongoing hiring activities and get insights into innovative Talent Acquisition approaches. This includes working with digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to support data-driven and efficient recruiting processes in an international environment.

What you will do:

• Support the administration of our applicant tracking system
• Support ongoing hiring processes and interview coordination
• Assist with active sourcing activities across different channels
• Work with digital recruiting tools, including AI-based solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data
• Support onboarding activities and recruiting events
• Contribute to projects and ad-hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives

• Enrollment at a university or gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree, ideally in HR, Economics or a related field
• Initial practical experience in HR, recruiting or a comparable environment
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, active sourcing and digital recruiting tools
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on working style
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
