Welcome to ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex! We specialize in providing education for 7-18-year-olds facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), as well as communication and learning needs.

Your RoleWe are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher with a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and a solid grasp of the National Curriculum in multiple areas—especially Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities- Teach engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
- Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for it
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven teaching experience
- Experience with SEN, particularly in nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, ideally Science and Media, including Esports
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A reflective practitioner who is open to growth
- Understanding of therapeutic approaches to education
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
