ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC inquiries and issues

  • • Schedule inbound appointments for customers with our technicians

  • • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records

  • • Maintain and update customer database with relevant information

  • • Outbound Calling and scheduling leads for our sales and service team members

  • Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good customer relations and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

  • Positive and outgoing personality

  • Advanced customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong ability to use Microsoft office, email and internet applications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
