Job Description

Position Summary:

Performs various administrative functions and customer service-related duties designed to maintain and enhance customer relations. Will assist in representing the steel fabrication capabilities of Steffes in the selling and promotion of products. Supports all company departments to ensure that proper communication is maintained.

1. Entry and communication of sales orders, job creations, shippers, and invoices.
2. Maintain Kanban boards.
3. Monitor customer specific websites for order retrieval and shipment confirmation.
