• Process customer policy changes and service requests efficiently
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
• Secure and follow up on all required documentation from clients
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests accurately and promptly
• Document all client interactions in CRM system
• Greet and assist all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Accept and process premium payments
• Ask for referrals and promote the agencys referral program
• Return all calls and messages in a timely manner

• Property & Casualty License (pre-license courses provided)
• Strong willingness to learn, be coachable, and take initiative
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
