Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage options while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Record Maintenance: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers and support overall team goals.

Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with insurance products and policies to provide informed guidance to customers, continually enhancing service delivery.


Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Customer service experience in the insurance sector is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
