Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in software engineering within the Mortgage Servicing industry 5 years managing IT teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Confluent Kafka, and Java 3 years developing mortgage servicing investor reporting software solutions for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae
