Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience as an in-house data scientist with a proven track record of driving business impact Proficiency in statistical programming with Python or R, and SQL for analytical queries Experience in building, validating, and deploying predictive and statistical models Strong collaboration skills with a history of cross-team and executive-level partnership Experience with ML engineering practices, dbt, or data engineering is a plus
