Lead database management strategy, including design, maintenance, and tuning Provide technical leadership and mentorship to database and application development teams Oversee data integrity, security, and performance across database systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience Eight years of progressive experience in Database Administration or programming in a structured IT environment, preferably in healthcare Advanced knowledge of ANSI SQL, with a preference for T-SQL Experience with ETL design and development using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects using Agile methodologies
